Before returning: try troubleshooting first
Many issues that prompt returns can be resolved with basic troubleshooting. Try these before initiating a return:
- Connect to Wi-Fi to make sure your phone can download updates.
- Update firmware: go to Settings → System → Advanced → System Update and install any available updates.
- Update the Mode Earn App via Google Play Store.
- Restart the phone.

Return policies depend on where you purchased your Mode Earn Phone.
Mode Earn Club subscription (purchased through Mode directly)
- Return window: 14 days from the delivery date.

Returning a damaged or defective product
If your phone or package arrived damaged, this is handled differently from a standard return:
Step 1: Document the damage
- Take clear photos of the shipping package (showing any visible damage).
- Take photos of the phone itself showing the damage.
- Keep all original packaging in case it’s needed for inspection.
Step 2: Submit to support
Email the photos and a description of the damage to earn@modemobile.com. Include:
- Your order number.
- Date of delivery.
- Description of the damage.
- Photos of package and device.
Step 3: Wait for review
Mode Mobile reviews your claim and assists with the damaged product return. Damaged product returns are typically approved quickly since the issue isn’t a usage problem.
Tips for a smooth return
- Include everything in the box. Phone, charger, cable, documentation — all in original packaging if possible.

- Remove SIM cards and microSD cards before shipping.
- Track the shipment. Keep tracking information until the return is confirmed received.
