This article covers order modifications, domestic and international shipping expectations, and tracking information for Mode Earn Phone orders placed through Mode directly. For orders placed through Amazon, Walmart, or other retailers, contact the retailer directly for shipping questions.
Modifying your order
If you need to make changes to an order:
- Email
earn@modemobile.comwith:- Your order number.
- Details of the requested changes (shipping address, quantity, cancellation, etc.).
- Mode Support reviews the request.
Timing matters. If your order has already been processed or shipped, Mode cannot make changes. Contact Support as soon as possible after placing the order. Once shipped, you’ll be responsible for receiving the package as sent — you can then initiate a return if needed.
Domestic shipping (within the US)
Mode uses USPS as the primary shipping carrier for domestic orders.
- Processing time: orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery time: once processed, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
- Total expected time: 6–11 business days from order placement.
Tracking your domestic order
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the tracking email.
- Use the tracking number on the USPS website for real-time updates.
International shipping
International shipments may take longer due to customs processing and international carrier handoffs.
- Delivery delays: shipments may experience delays caused by customs inspections or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customs fees: depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility, not Mode’s.
- Restricted countries: some countries don’t allow mobile device imports or have specific certification requirements. Check your country’s regulations before ordering.
Tracking your international order
- You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
- International tracking may stop updating once the package enters your country’s customs — this is normal. Your local postal service will take over tracking once customs clears.
If your order is delayed or missing
If your tracking shows no movement
- Wait 2–3 business days from the last update — USPS and international carriers sometimes delay scan updates.
- If still no movement after 3 business days, contact Mode Support.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Check any safe drop-off locations (porch, garage, mailroom).
- Contact your local USPS office to file an inquiry.

If your tracking number isn’t working
- Tracking numbers sometimes take 24 hours to activate in the USPS system. Try again the next day.
- If it still doesn’t work after 48 hours, email Mode Support.
