1. Update Firmware and Mode Earn App
Before using your phone, it’s important to update both the firmware and the Mode Earn App. A Wi-Fi connection is required.
Latest Firmware: EarnUI 1.3
Check for Firmware Update:

Go to Settings > System > Advanced > System Update.

Tap Check for Update. The phone will download the latest firmware and restart automatically.
Factory Reset:

After updating the firmware, go to Settings.

In the top search bar, type reset and select Factory Reset.

Confirm and wait for the phone to reset.
Setup Again:

Complete the initial setup after the reset.

Open the Google Play Store, search for Mode Earn App, and tap Update (you’ll need your Play Store account).
