If you can’t log into the Mode Earn App, this article walks through the most common causes and fixes — from app updates to password resets.
Step 1: Update the Mode Earn App
Older app versions sometimes have login bugs that are fixed in newer versions.
- Open the Google Play Store on Android or the App Store on iOS.
- Search for Mode Earn App.
- Tap Update if available.
- Try logging in again after the update.
Step 2: Try saved login information
If your phone or Google account has saved login credentials:
- Tap the login field — auto-fill suggestions may appear.
- Select your saved email and password.
- Try logging in.
If saved credentials fail, continue to Step 3.
Step 3: Reset your password
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Mode Earn account.
- Tap Send Reset Link.
- Wait for the reset email to arrive (usually within a few minutes).
Step 4: Check your email
Look for the reset email:

If the email doesn’t arrive
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Add
no-reply@modemobile.comto your contacts or safe senders list. - Wait 10–15 minutes and try Step 3 again if the email still hasn’t arrived.
- Make sure you’re checking the correct email — the one tied to your Mode account, which may differ from your primary email.
Step 5: Set a new password
- Open the reset email.
- Click Change my password.
- Enter a new password. Use something:
- At least 8 characters.
- A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Unique to Mode (not reused from another service).
- Confirm the new password.
- Open the Mode Earn App and log in with your new password.
Still can’t log in?
If you have:
- Updated the app.
- Tried saved credentials.
- Reset your password successfully.

Tips for successful login
- Use the right email. Make sure you’re typing the email tied to your Mode account — not a similar-looking one.
- Stable internet connection. Login requires network access — check your connection.
- Restart your device. If all else fails, a restart can clear transient issues.
- Use the same device. If possible, log in from the device you normally use. Device switching can trigger fraud prevention (see Troubleshooting Temporarily Disabled Accounts).
