1. Appealing a Suspended Account
If your account has been suspended in error, follow these steps to submit an appeal:

Launch the Mode Earn App on your device.

A modal will appear within the app featuring a "Contact Support" button.

Submit an Appeal

Tap "Contact Support" to submit an appeal request.

You may also interact with the chatbot for guidance on how to raise your appeal request.

Wait for Response

The support team will review your appeal and respond within 2–3 business days.

⚠️ Do not submit multiple appeal requests. If an email or appeal request has already been submitted, the system will automatically merge duplicate requests.
2. Common Actions That Lead to Account Suspension
To maintain your account in good standing, avoid the following behaviors:
2.1 VPN and Bypass Tools

Do Not Use VPNs: Avoid using VPNs or other methods to bypass location or access restrictions in the app.
2.2 Invite Code Misuse

Avoid Public Posting: Do not post your invite code in online reviews, forums, or public websites.

Invite Responsibly: Only invite individuals genuinely interested in using the app. Spamming invitations may result in penalties.
2.3 Device and ID Rules

Single ID Per Device: Use only one Mode Earn ID per device.

Prohibited Tools: IMEI changers, ID emulators, or similar tools are not allowed and may result in a permanent ban.
2.4 Phone Numbers and Emails

Use Verified Numbers: Only register with verified phone numbers and email addresses.
