You can view your Mode Earn App account details — including your email address, user ID, and phone number — directly in the app. This article shows you how to find them and when you’ll need them.
Steps to find your account information
Step 1: Open the Wallet
- Launch the Mode Earn App on your device.
- Tap the Wallet icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Step 2: Open Settings
Inside the Wallet section, tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
Step 3: View your account details
Scroll down to the Account section. You can see:
- Your registered email address.
- Your unique user ID.
- Your phone number (if linked).
- Other account information.
Why your user ID matters
Your user ID is a unique identifier used by Mode Support to quickly locate your account during troubleshooting. When you contact Support for any issue — missing points, redemption problems, account flags, etc. — including your user ID means faster resolution.
To share your user ID with Support:
- Navigate to the Account section (above).
- Tap or long-press your user ID to copy it.
- Paste it into your Support request.

Can I update my email or phone number from here?
Yes. Tap Edit Account Information in the Account section. See How to Update Your Account Information in the Mode Earn App for full details.
Exception: if you signed up through Google sign-in, you cannot change your email in the app — contact Mode Support to change it.
My email or phone number looks wrong. What should I do?
Contact Mode Support immediately through Settings → Ask for Support. Mismatched information can cause:
- Verification failures when redeeming.
- Missed notifications about your account.
- Security issues if someone changed your info without your knowledge.
Can I see my sign-up date or earnings history here?
Account Information shows only identifying details. For your earnings history, go to the Coin icon at the top of the app and view your Earned and Redeemed history.
