If you need help with a specific redemption, the Mode Earn App has a built-in chat support flow you can start directly from the redemption details page. This article walks through how to access it.
When to use this flow
Use Redemption History chat support when you need help with a specific redemption — for example:
- A redemption code that is not working.
- A missing gift card email.
- An incorrect redemption amount.
- Questions about the status of a specific redemption.
Starting chat from the redemption detail page automatically includes your redemption context, which helps Support resolve the issue faster.
Step 1: Open your Wallet
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the Coin icon at the top of your screen — this opens your Wallet.
Step 2: Access your Redeemed history
- In the Wallet, tap the Redeemed tab at the top of the screen.
- Scroll through your redemption history.
Step 3: Tap the redemption that needs help
- Tap on the specific redemption you need assistance with.
- The redemption detail page opens with order information, code, and status.
Step 4: Tap “Need Help?”
- Scroll to the bottom of the redemption detail page.
- Tap the Need Help? button.
- The Help Bot opens with your redemption context already attached.
- Describe your issue — the bot can typically resolve common issues on the spot or escalate to a Support agent.
When to use Settings → Ask for Support instead
If your issue is not tied to a specific redemption — for example, general account questions or broader app issues — use Settings → Ask for Support rather than the redemption history flow.
