Most redemptions process quickly, but occasionally there are delays. This article covers what to expect for each redemption type, how to check your redemption status, and what to do if something is wrong.
Expected processing times
- Most redemptions: complete within 2 business days.
- Maximum: up to 7 business days.
- If it has been more than 7 business days without confirmation, see the troubleshooting section below.
Where to find your redemption by type
Mode Mastercard
Look for an email:

PayPal
Rewards are sent directly to the PayPal account linked with your Mode Earn App. Verify the correct PayPal is linked before expecting the payout.

Mode Phone redemptions
Look for an email:

- Use the gift code at modephone.com/pages/redeem.
- Enter your delivery address to complete the redemption.
How to check your redemption status in the app
Method 1: Settings
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the Library icon (top right).
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Select Transaction History.
- Go to the Redeemed tab.
- Select your item to view order details and code.
Method 2: Points tab
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap your total points at the top.
- Go to the Redeemed tab.
- Select your item to see order details and redemption code.
If you haven’t received your redemption after 7 business days
Possible reasons:
High-volume backlog
Occasionally, high redemption volume causes temporary delays. Rewards are still processed — just slower than usual.
Account under review
Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may require extra verification before rewards are released. If fraud is detected, an account may be temporarily blocked and rewards held.
You receive an email notification if your account is being reviewed. Respond to the verification requests promptly to release the redemption.
Email delivery issue
Double-check:
- Your spam/junk folders.
- That your email address in Mode is current.
- That you searched all the sender addresses listed above.
How to contact Support
If more than 7 business days have passed and you still have not received your redemption (and it has been less than 6 months since redemption):
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Go to Settings → Ask for Support.
- Include:
- Redemption item (e.g., Amazon Gift Card $25).
- Redemption date.
- Account email.
- Any relevant screenshots from Transaction History.
