You can access your redeemed gift card codes directly in the Mode Earn App, with the exception of Mode Mastercard and PayPal redemptions. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for all redemption types.
Method 1: Using the Settings Tab

Open the App: Tap the Library icon in the top-right corner of the app.

Access Settings: Tap the Settings (gear) icon, also in the top-right.

Find Transaction History: Select Transaction History.

Go to Redeemed: Tap the Redeemed tab.

Select Your Item: Choose the redeemed item to view Order Details, including the Redemption code.
Method 2: Using the Points Tab

Sign In: Open the Mode Earn App and sign in.

Access Points History: Tap on the total points tab at the top of the screen to view your Earned and Redeemed history.

Go to Redeemed: Navigate to the Redeemed tab.

Find Your Item: Select your redeemed item. The next screen will display Order Details, including the Redemption code.
Mode Mastercard Redemption

Email Notification: Check your email from notification@rewardmodephone.com with the subject “Your Mode Reward has Arrived!”

Alternative Emails: If you do not see it, check your Spam/Junk folder for emails from service@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com or no-reply@modemobile.com.
PayPal Redemption

Rewards are sent directly to the PayPal account linked to your Mode Earn App.

Ensure your PayPal account is correctly linked to receive payouts.
Missing Redeemed Items

If you have not received your redeemed items and it has been less than six months since the redemption date:

Fill out the official support form.

Provide your redemption details, including the item, date, and account information.
