Expected Processing Times

General: Redemptions can take up to 7 business days, but most are completed within 2 days.
Receiving Your Redemption

Mode Mastercard

Look for an email from notification@rewardmodephone.com with the subject: “Your Mode Reward has Arrived!”.

If not found, check Spam/Junk folders.

Emails may also come from service@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com or no-reply@modemobile.com.

PayPal

Rewards are sent directly to the PayPal account linked with your Mode Earn App.

How to Check Your Redemption Details
Method 1: Using the Settings Tab

Open the Mode Earn App.

Tap the Library Icon (top right).

Tap the Settings (gear) icon.

Select Transaction History.

Go to the Redeemed tab.

Select your redeemed item to view Order Details & Redemption Code.
Method 2: Using the Points Tab

Open the Mode Earn App and sign in.

Tap your total points at the top.

Go to the Redeemed tab.

Select your item to see the Order Details & Redemption Code.
Mode Phone Redemptions

Look for an email from no-reply@modemobile.com with the subject: “Your Gift Card Has Arrived!”.

Check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders.

Use the gift code in the email at: modephone.com/pages/redeem

Enter your delivery address to complete redemption.
If You Haven’t Received Your Redemption
If it has been more than 7 business days, here are possible reasons:

High Volume of Redemptions

A temporary backlog may cause delays. Rest assured, we’re working hard to process all rewards as quickly as possible.

Account Review

Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may require extra verification.

If fraud is detected, your account may be temporarily blocked and rewards will not be processed.

You will be notified if this happens.

If you still haven’t received your redemption and it has been less than 6 months since purchase, please contact our support team by filling out the form.
