Reason 1: Outdated App Version

Issue: Accounts may be disabled if you are running an outdated app version (older than v1.130.0).

Solution: Update to the latest version of the Mode Earn App.

Open the Google Play Store (Android)

Search for “Mode Earn App.”

Tap Update to install the latest version.

Reason 2: Suspicious Activity Detected

Issue: If unusual or suspicious activity is detected, your account may be temporarily disabled as a security precaution.

Solution: Wait approximately 24 hours for the automated review to complete. Your account should reactivate automatically after this period.
Step 3: Contact Support if the Issue Persists
If your account remains disabled after:

Waiting 24 hours,
then you should contact Mode Earn Support for additional help.
