If your Mode Earn App account is locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts, follow these steps to regain access.
Step 1: Check Your Email

Look for the Unlock Email

Sender: no-reply@modemobile.com

Subject: “Unlock instructions”

Content: The email contains detailed steps to unlock your account.

If You Can’t Find the Email

Check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered.

Use the “Resend Email” button in the app to request another unlock email.

Step 2: Follow the Instructions in the Email

Tap “Tap to Unlock”

Open the email and click the “Tap to Unlock” button.

Confirmation

You should see a message: “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UNLOCKED.”

You will be redirected to the Mode Earn App.

If the App Does Not Open Automatically

Click “BACK TO MODE EARN APP” to manually open the app on your phone.

Step 3: Log In

Using the Same Device

Open the Mode Earn App.

Enter your email ID and password, then tap Continue.

Using a Different Device

Close the app on your usual device.

Reopen the app on the new device.
-
Enter your email ID and password, then tap Continue.

Step 4: Forgot Your Password?

Tap the “Forgot Password” button in the app.

Follow the prompts to reset your password before attempting to log in again.
