Expected Processing Times
- General Processing Time: Our redemption processing can take up to 7 business days. However, most redemptions are completed within 2 days.
Receiving Your Redemption

Mode Mastercard: Look for an email from notification@rewardmodephone.com with the subject "Your Mode Reward has Arrived!". If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Junk folders. Emails may also come from service@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com or no-reply@modemobile.com.

PayPal: Earnings are sent directly to your PayPal account linked with the Mode Earn App.

Other Gift Cards: Check your redemption details in the Mode Earn App.
How to Check Your Redemption Details

Using the Settings Tab
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the Library Icon in the top right corner.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Select Transaction History.
- Go to the Redeemed tab and select the item you redeemed.
- View the Order Details, including the Redemption code.

Using the Points Tab
- Open the Mode Earn App and sign in.
- Tap the total points tab on the left top corner of the screen to view your Earned and Redeemed history.
- Go to the Redeemed tab and locate the item you redeemed.
- Review the Order Details, including your Redemption code.
For Mode Phone Redemptions

Check for an email from no-reply@modemobile.com with the subject "Your Gift Card Has Arrived!". Be sure to check your inbox and Spam/Junk folders.

Use the gift code sent via email to make purchases at https://www.modephone.com/pages/redeem and enter your delivery address.
If You Haven’t Received Your Redemption
If it has been more than 7 business days and you still haven’t received your gift card, consider the following reasons:

High Volume of Redemptions: Our app is very popular, and we are experiencing a high volume of redemptions. This may cause a temporary backlog. Rest assured, we are working hard to get to your reward as quickly as possible.

Account Review: If your account is flagged for suspicious activity, we may need to conduct additional checks. If fraud is detected, your account may be temporarily blocked, and your reward will not be processed. You will be notified if this occurs.

If it has been less than 6 months since your purchase and you have not received your items, please contact our support team by filling out this form.
