If you are not receiving points for games you played through the Mode Earn App, the first step is contacting Adjoe (our gaming partner) directly. Adjoe manages the point tracking and has access to information Mode does not. This article walks through how.
How to reach Adjoe support
Step 1: Open the Your Apps section
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Go to the Games tab.
- Tap Your Apps.
Step 2: Find the Support option
Scroll to the bottom of your apps list. If you only have one game installed, it will be prominently displayed. At the bottom of the screen, tap Support.
Step 3: Review the FAQ articles
Tapping Support opens Adjoe’s FAQ articles. Browse them first — many common missing-points issues are covered with immediate answers (for example, AdJoe bans, reinstall restrictions, delay windows).
Step 4: Submit a support ticket if needed
If the FAQs do not resolve your issue:
- Scroll to the bottom of the FAQ section.
- Find the additional Support button.
- Tap it to open a support ticket form.
- Include: game name, approximate play time, expected points, and a screenshot of your game progress if possible.
Adjoe typically responds within a few business days.
If Adjoe cannot resolve the issue
If Adjoe tells you the points were processed on their side but the credit has to come through Mode, contact Mode Support through Settings → Ask for Support and include Adjoe’s confirmation.
