If you have issues with Playtime Games (powered by our partner Adjoe), you need to contact Playtime Games support directly — their system is separate from Mode’s, and they have access to information Mode does not. This article shows you how in four steps.
When to contact Playtime Games support
Contact Playtime Games support for:
- Missing points from Playtime Games.
- Games not tracking playtime correctly.
- Issues completing specific Playtime Game milestones.
- Problems with the Playtime Games offerwall itself.
Contact Mode Support for anything else — Mode Earn App issues, non-Playtime offers, redemptions, and so on.
How to reach Playtime support
- Open the Playtime Games offerwall in the Mode Earn App.
- Locate the Help tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the FAQs and Support option.
- Access the Support Chat Bot on the right of the screen.
- Explain your issue to Playtime Games support.
Provide as much detail as possible: the game name, when you played, what points you expected, and any screenshots.
If Playtime cannot help
Occasionally Playtime will confirm the issue but tell you the points credit has to come through Mode. In that case, contact Mode Support through Settings → Ask for Support and include Playtime’s confirmation.
