After you complete an offer, you can verify that your points were credited correctly. This article shows you the two ways to check and what to do if points are missing.
Method 1: Check your Earning History
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the yellow coin icon at the top of the app (second icon from the left).
- Scroll through your earning history to find the specific offer.
- Confirm that the points from the offer appear in the list.
Each entry in Earning History shows the offer name, the number of points credited, and the date. This is the definitive record of what was earned.
Method 2: Check push notifications
Each time you earn points from an offer, Mode sends a push notification confirming the credit. If you enabled notifications for the Mode Earn App:
- Check your phone’s notification history.
- Look for notifications from the Mode Earn App around the time you expected points.
If notifications are not arriving — either because you disabled them or due to a device glitch — Earning History is always the authoritative source. Do not rely on notifications alone.
If points are missing
Compare what you see in Earning History with what you expected:
- Offer status is still Pending: points have not yet credited because verification is still in progress. Pending offers typically take up to 30 days to verify. See Understanding Offer Status: Pending, Completed, and More.
- Offer status is Completed but points never arrived: see Troubleshooting Missing Rewards for a Completed Offer.
- Points look lower than expected: if you are a Mode Earn Club member, the displayed amount on the offerwall already includes your bonus — the actual points credited should match that amount.
When to contact Support
Contact Support if points are missing for more than 60 days after you completed an offer and the offer status shows Completed. Include:
- The offer name.
- The date you completed it.
- A screenshot of your Earning History.
Go to Settings → Ask for Support in the Mode Earn App.
