How to Manage Your Mode Points
Mode Points are stored securely in your account. To maximize your rewards, it is important to understand how to keep your account active and when your points expire.
1. Keeping Your Points Secure & Active
Your points are available for you to redeem for up to one year. To ensure you don't lose your progress, please keep the following rules in mind:
1-Year Expiration: Points are valid for one (1) year from the date they are earned. If points are not redeemed within 365 days of being deposited into your account, those specific points will expire.
Account Activity: To keep your account and balance active, you must log in to the Mode App at least once every 12 months. Accounts inactive for over a year may be closed, resulting in the forfeiture of all points.
2. Setting & Achieving Goals
Step 1: Set a Reward Goal
Choose an Item: Browse the redemption tab and decide on the reward you want (Gift Cards, Products, or Crypto).
Track Progress: Check your "Mode Credit History" in the App to see how close you are to your goal.
Step 2: Redeem Your Points
Claim Your Reward: Once you have accumulated the required points, select your item.
Verification: For security and fraud prevention, you may be prompted to complete a Face Verification step (a quick video selfie) to finalize your redemption.
Step 3: Plan for the Future
Continue Earning: After redeeming, set a new goal. Remember that points earned today will be valid for a full year, giving you plenty of time to save up for larger rewards.
