Getting your gift card code from the Mode Earn App is straightforward in the app, except for Mode Mastercard and PayPal redemptions. Here’s how to find your codes:
1. Retrieving Codes Using the Settings Tab
- Open the App: Tap the Library icon in the top right corner.
- Access Settings: Tap the Settings (gear) icon, also in the top right.
- Find Transaction History: Select "Transaction History."
- Go to Redeemed: Tap on the "Redeemed" tab.
- Select Your Item: Choose the item you redeemed to view your Order Details, including the Redemption code.
2. Retrieving Codes Using the Points Tab
- Sign In: Open the Mode Earn App and sign in.
- Access Points History: Tap on the total points tab at the top of the screen to view your "Earned" and "Redeemed" history.
- Go to Redeemed: Navigate to the "Redeemed" tab.
- Find Your Item: Select the item you redeemed. The next screen will display your Order Details, including the Redemption code.
3. Mode Mastercard Redemption
- Email Notification: Look for an email from "notification@rewardmodephone.com" with the subject "Your Mode Reward has Arrived!"
- Alternative Emails: If you didn’t receive it, check your Spam/Junk folder for emails from "service@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com" or "no-reply@modemobile.com."
4. PayPal Redemption
- Direct Transfer: Your PayPal rewards are sent directly to the PayPal account linked to your Mode Earn App.
5. Missing Items
- If Not Received: If you haven’t received your redeemed items and it’s been less than 6 months since the purchase date, please contact our support team by filling out this form
