Your redeemed gift card codes are stored in the Mode Earn App so you can access them anytime — even after receiving the confirmation email. This article shows you two ways to find them, plus the exceptions for Mastercard and PayPal.
Standard gift cards: two ways to find your code
Method 1: Through Settings
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the Library icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Select Transaction History.
- Tap the Redeemed tab.
- Select the redeemed item to view Order Details, including the redemption code.
Method 2: Through the Points tab
- Open the Mode Earn App and sign in.
- Tap your total points at the top of the screen.
- Go to the Redeemed tab.
- Select your redeemed item — the next screen shows Order Details and the redemption code.
Both methods show the same codes; use whichever you find faster.
Mode Mastercard redemptions
Mastercard codes are not stored in the app. Instead, look for the email:

If you do not see the email:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Also check for emails from
service@prepaiddigitalsolutions.comorno-reply@modemobile.com.

PayPal redemptions
PayPal redemptions do not have a code — the funds are sent directly to the PayPal account linked to your Mode Earn App. Verify the correct PayPal is linked before redeeming:

If you can’t find your redemption
If your redemption does not appear in Transaction History and it has been less than 6 months since you redeemed:
- Go to Settings → Ask for Support in the Mode Earn App.
- Provide the redemption details: item type, redemption date, and account email.
