When you redeem points for a Prepaid Mastercard, you receive an email with a 14-digit code. This article walks through how to claim the card and the two deadlines that matter.
Two deadlines for Prepaid Mastercards:
- 30 days to claim — from receiving the email. Unclaimed cards are forfeited.
- 90 days to use — from claiming. After 90 days, any unused balance is lost.
Prepaid Mastercards cannot be reissued for any reason — set a reminder to use the full balance before expiration.
Step 1: Check your email for the claim code
After your redemption processes, you receive an email:

Step 2: Claim your Mastercard within 30 days
- Open the email with your 14-digit code.
- Visit rewardmodephone.com.
- Enter your 14-digit code to activate your Prepaid Mastercard.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete activation.
Important: you must claim within 30 days of receiving the email. If you do not, the reward is forfeited and cannot be reissued.
Step 3: Use your card within 90 days
Once claimed, you have 90 days to use your Mastercard for online purchases. After 90 days, any unused balance expires and cannot be recovered.

Prepaid Mastercards work for online purchases wherever Mastercard is accepted. Popular uses:
- Amazon, eBay, and other online retailers.
- Subscription services (Netflix, Spotify, gaming services).

No reissue policy
Mode Prepaid Mastercards cannot be reissued if:
- Lost or forgotten.
- Unclaimed within 30 days.

Unused balances are not reimbursed. This policy is firm — save the email and activation details securely.
Tips
- Add a calendar reminder for day 25 to claim and day 80 to use the full balance.
- Use for a single large purchase if possible — easier than tracking small balances.
