Before you can redeem your Points in the Mode Earn App, you must complete a quick verification process to confirm you are a real person. This protects all users and ensures fair redemptions.
You will be prompted to complete facial verification when visiting the Redeem tab in the app.
Step 1: In-App Facial Verification

Open the Mode Earn App.

Go to the Redeem Tab.

Follow the on-screen steps to take a picture of your face.

Lighting: Make sure you are in a bright, well-lit area.

Camera Alignment: Position your face inside the oval shape shown on screen.

Avoid Obstructions: Remove sunglasses, masks, or anything covering your face.

Camera Access: Confirm the app has permission to use your camera.

Camera Functionality: Check your front-facing camera is clean and working.
Step 2: Alternative Verification (If In-App Fails)
If the in-app process is unsuccessful, you will be prompted to:

Complete verification via our secondary partner (link provided in email).

Identity Information

Use Your Full Legal Name: Must exactly match your ID (no nicknames, correct spelling).

Have a Valid ID: Accepted IDs include: passport, national ID card, driver’s license, residence permit. Ensure the ID is valid (not expired, bent, torn, or heavily damaged).
Environment & Timing

Lighting: Sit in a well-lit space with light facing you. Avoid dark rooms or strong backlight.

Time: You have up to 10 minutes. Prepare your ID before starting.

Internet & Camera Quality: Use a stable internet connection and a clear camera lens.
Document Capture

Choose the Right Document Type: Select the correct ID option in the process.

Passport: Photograph the page with your photo, personal details, and MRZ (bottom strip).

ID/Residence Permit: Capture both front and back.

Photo Quality: Ensure photos are clear, sharp, and free of glare or fingers. Fit the ID inside the frame with all edges visible.

Complete verification independently. Do not allow others to assist or pressure you — this may cause failure and is a security risk.
