The Completed tab shows games you've already finished earning rewards from. It's where games go after they wrap up — so you can see your full play history, confirm rewards landed, and find a game you'd like to revisit.
Quick answer: If a game you started isn't in In Progress, check Completed. Once you reach the final reward milestone for a game, it moves there automatically.
What "Completed" means
A game shows up under Completed when one of these things happens:
- You hit the final reward milestone the advertiser set for that game.
- The game's offer window expires after you started it.
- The advertiser confirms your full reward and closes out the game.
Completed games no longer earn new points — but the points you already earned are credited to your account.
How to view your completed games
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the Games or Offers & Games tab.
- Switch to the Completed view at the top of the list.
You'll see every game you've finished, with the total points you earned from each one.
"My game disappeared from In Progress — where did it go?"
This is normal. Games move to Completed as soon as you hit the final reward milestone. If you can't find a game you were playing:
- Check the Completed tab first — most "missing" games are simply finished.
- If it's not in Completed either, see Why don't I see the game I started in "In Progress"?
"It says Completed but I didn't earn any points"
If a game shows under Completed but the points didn't land in your balance:
- Some games credit points within minutes; others take up to 7 days for the advertiser to confirm.
- Open Settings > Activity to confirm whether the reward has posted.
- If more than 7 days have passed and you still see no points, see Resolving Issues with Missing Points for Gaming Activities.
Can I play a completed game again?
Most games can only be played and rewarded once per account. A completed game is finished — opening it again will not earn additional points. Look for fresh games in the Discover tab.
