Checking Your Point Balance:

- Tap on your point balance in the earning header.
- This will show your point history, including recent transactions.
If Points Are Missing:

- Ensure you’ve completed all required actions for the deal.
- Confirm that the deal status is marked as "Completed."

- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Navigate to the Settings screen.
- Select 'Ask for Support'.
- Provide the following information for quicker assistance:
- The name of the deal you are inquiring about.
- Confirmation that you’ve completed the deal.
For Non-Point Rewards:
- Contact Advertisers:
- Benefits like account credits, free trials, or other rewards are usually handled directly by the advertiser.
- If you have questions about these rewards, contact the advertiser directly for support and information.
