Two deadlines that matter:
- 30 days to claim — once you receive a reward, you typically have 30 days to claim or use it.
- 6 months to report issues — problems with a redemption must be reported within 6 months from the redemption date.

Reporting redemption issues
- Problems with a redeemed item must be reported within 6 months of the original redemption date.
- Mode Mobile cannot provide support or troubleshoot issues reported after 6 months.
- To report an issue, go to Settings → Ask for Support in the Mode Earn App and include the reward type, redemption date, and a description of the problem.
Cancellation policy
Redemptions are final. Once completed, a redemption cannot be changed, canceled, or reversed. Points cannot be restored. Always verify the reward details and your point balance before tapping confirm.

- Track redemption dates. Calendar the 30-day claim window so you don’t lose a reward.
