1. Open the Mode Earn App:

   • Launch the app on your phone.

2. Access the Library:

   • Tap the Library Icon in the top right corner of the app.

3. Go to Settings:

   • Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner of the Library page.

4. Find the Support Section:

   • Scroll down and select "Report a Bug" from the Support section.

5. Select the Issue:

   • Choose the issue you’re experiencing from the list. If your problem isn’t listed, select "Other".

6. Describe the Issue:
