How to report a bug
Step 1: Open your Profile
- Launch the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Open Settings
Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top right of the Profile page.
Step 3: Ask for Support
- Scroll down to the Support section.
- Tap Ask for Support.
Step 4: Select the issue category
Choose the category that matches your bug from the list (e.g., Charge Screen, Games, Offers). If your issue doesn’t fit an existing category, select Other.
Step 5: Describe the bug
Write a clear description. Include:
- What you were doing when the bug happened.
- What you expected to happen.

Tips for useful bug reports
- One issue per report. If you have multiple separate bugs, submit them as separate reports — easier to track and fix.
- Include timestamps. “It happened at 3:47pm EST on April 22” is much more useful than “earlier today.”
- Specific beats general. “The Reveal Boxes button does nothing when I tap it” is better than “Mystery Boxes aren’t working.”
