If you see a blank page when trying to start a new offer or game within our app, it usually means the offer provider has flagged an issue with your activity or IP address.. This is not caused by the Mode Earn App itself.
Why This Happens
High-Risk IP Address: The provider may detect unusual activity from your current IP.
VPN Use: Offers typically do not work when connected through a VPN.
Other IP Issues: Some providers block certain IP ranges for security reasons.
Activity Concerns: In some cases, the provider may block access based on your past game or offer activity, not just your IP.
How to Fix It
Switch to Cellular Data
Try starting the offer using your mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.Turn Off VPNs
If you’re using a VPN, disable it before starting offers or games.Use a Different IP
Connecting to a different Wi-Fi network may resolve the issue.
Important to Know
These restrictions are controlled by the offer provider, not Mode.
Mode cannot bypass or override these blocks.
If the issue continues after trying the steps above, it means the provider is preventing access.
