As a Mode Earn Club (MEC) member in the US, you get access to an exclusive Helium Mobile Zero Plan — unlimited talk and text, included with your subscription. This article walks through claiming and activating the plan.
Eligibility
- Active Mode Earn Club member (Max or Lite).
- Resident of the United States.
Before you start
You need your welcome email from Mode — it contains your personalized claim link. Search your email for:
- Sender from Mode Mobile.
- Subject mentioning Helium Mobile or your exclusive perk.
Critical: only sign up through the link in your Mode welcome email. Do not sign up directly through the Helium Mobile website — doing so bypasses the MEC perk system, and your account won’t be linked correctly. You’ll lose access to the included plan and cashback.
Step 1: Open your exclusive email
Shortly after subscribing to Mode Earn Club, you receive a dedicated email with this offer. The email includes:
- Your personalized claim link.
- Instructions specific to your account.
If you can’t find the email, check spam/junk. If still missing, contact Mode Earn Support via the in-app chatbot.
Step 2: Sign up for the Helium Zero Plan
Click your exclusive link from the email. This takes you directly to the Zero Plan signup page.
- Complete the registration steps on the Helium signup page.
- Use the same email address that’s connected to your Mode Earn account.
- Complete any required verification.
Use your Mode Earn email. If you sign up with a different email, Mode can’t verify your MEC perk and the connection may not work.
Step 3: Receive your $5 Mode Mastercard
As part of your perk bundle, you receive a $5 Mode Mastercard within 48–72 hours after signing up for the Helium Zero Plan.
- The Mastercard arrives via separate email.
- It’s a digital prepaid Mastercard.
- Can be used online or in stores anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Troubleshooting
My Mastercard didn’t arrive after 72 hours
- Check spam/junk for the Mastercard email.
- Confirm you used your Mode Earn email for Helium signup.
- Make sure you completed the full Helium signup (not just started it).
- If still missing, contact Mode Earn Support.
The Helium Zero Plan isn’t activating
- Double-check you used the Mode-provided link, not Helium’s public signup.
- Verify you used the correct email address (matching your Mode Earn account).
- Check your Helium Mobile account status — some setup steps may require verification.
I signed up on Helium’s website directly by mistake
Contact Mode Earn Support as soon as possible. In some cases, Mode may be able to link your Helium account to your MEC subscription manually, but this isn’t always possible — if the link fails, you may lose the perk.

- Your Mode Earn email.
- What you’ve done so far.
- Any error messages.
- Screenshots if possible.
