Claiming $40 Worth of Mode Mobile Shares as a Mode Earn Club Member

As a Mode Earn Club (MEC) member, you are eligible to claim $40 worth of Mode Mobile shares through the Regulation A+ 2026 (Reg A 2026) offering. This article explains the full process for claiming your shares and troubleshooting common issues.

Step 1: Receive an invitation

You will receive an email invitation from dealmaker.tech once the shares are available. The email will contain:

• A link to a questionnaire
• An agreement that must be completed and signed

Step 2: Complete the questionnaire and sign the agreement

• Fill out all required fields in the questionnaire.
• Sign the agreement as provided in the email.

Step 3: Wait for countersignature

After submission, Mode Mobile will review your agreement for countersignature. Allow sufficient time for processing.

Step 4: Shares accepted

Once Mode Mobile countersigns the agreement, your shares will be marked as accepted.

Important: At this stage, the shares have not yet been distributed.

You will receive an invitation to the Mode Investor Club portal at www.modeinvestorclub.com, which provides all information needed to retrieve your shares via Transfer Online, Mode Mobile’s transfer agent.

Step 5: Shares distributed

Your shares will be distributed through Transfer Online, the official transfer agent. Follow the instructions in the Investor Club portal to complete the transfer process.

If you encounter issues during the share claim process:

• Check your email: Confirm you received the invitation from dealmaker.tech, including your spam/junk folder.
• Whitelist email senders: Add info@dealmaker.tech and dan@mail.modemobile.com to your contacts to avoid missing communications.
• Verify completion: Confirm you’ve completed all steps, including signing the agreement. You can check your status by logging into your DealMaker account.
