Mode Earn Club Max (web-based subscription)
Non-refundable
Subscriptions to Mode Earn Club Max are non-refundable. All subscription benefits are immediately accessible upon purchase and cannot be retracted once activated.
Keeping benefits through the paid period
If you cancel MEC Max, you can continue using the benefits of your paid membership for the remainder of your subscription period. After that, access ends.
Mode Earn Club Lite (app-based subscription)
Monthly plan
Monthly MEC Lite subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep benefits through the end of the current month.
Quarterly or Yearly plans — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Quarterly or yearly MEC Lite subscriptions purchased directly via the Mode Earn App are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
How to request a refund under the guarantee:
- Open your profile in the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the Earn Club banner.
- Click the Money-Back Guarantee button (visible only if you’re within the 30-day window).
- Follow the chatbot-guided process to complete the refund request.

Continued benefits after cancellation
Even after cancellation, you can continue to earn points at the increased MEC rate for the remainder of your paid subscription period. You also keep:
- All points earned (bonus and standard).
- Mystery Boxes already allocated to your account.
- $EARNM already vested.
- $40 shares if already claimed.
- $5 cashback if already redeemed.
What you stop receiving after cancellation takes effect
- New monthly Mystery Box allocations.
- Earning rate boost.
- VIP customer support.
- Sweepstakes entries (if MEC Max).
- Weekly tips email (if US).
Special situations
You were charged after attempting to cancel
If your cancellation didn’t register properly and you were charged for a new period, contact Mode Earn Support via earn@modemobile.com with:
- Your subscription details.
- Date you attempted to cancel.
- Any confirmation you received (or lack of confirmation).
Support can review the situation case-by-case.
Your card was charged twice
Contact Mode Earn Support immediately with your billing details and the approximate dates/amounts. Duplicate charges are refunded promptly.
You want to pause rather than cancel
MEC currently doesn’t offer a pause feature. If you need to pause, the options are to cancel and resubscribe later. Your points and Mystery Boxes stay in your account during the gap.
