  • Membership Use: If you cancel, you may continue to use the benefits of your paid membership for the remainder of the subscription period.

2. Mode Earn Club Lite (App-Based Subscription)

  • Quarterly or Yearly Subscriptions: Eligible subscriptions include quarterly or yearly plans purchased directly via the Mode Earn App.

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    • To request a refund:

      1. Open your profile in the Mode Earn App.

      2. Tap the Earn Club banner.

      3. Click the “Money-Back Guarantee” button (if eligible).

      4. Follow the chatbot instructions to complete your refund request.

3. Continued Membership Benefits

  • Even after cancellation, you can continue to earn points at the increased rate provided by Mode Earn Club for the remainder of your paid subscription period.
