I opened the sweepstakes and it says "Draw in Progress." What does that mean?
You caught it mid-draw. The winner is being selected right now — it usually takes just a few seconds. Wait for it to finish, or come back in a minute and you'll see the result.
How do I know if I won?
You'll get a push notification. Winners get a notification with their prize amount and a prompt to cash out. If you didn't win, you'll get a notification letting you know the draw happened — tap it to see who won.
I didn't get a notification. Did I miss the draw?
Make sure push notifications are enabled for Mode. You can also just open the sweepstakes screen after 9 PM ET — the result will be waiting for you there on the winners’ tab.
