Every 10 points you earn from eligible activities automatically becomes 1 sweepstakes entry. You don't need to do anything extra — no button to press, no separate flow. Just earn points the way you normally do.
Which activities earn entries?
The sweepstakes screen has an "Earn More Entries" section that lists exactly which activities earn entries and how many. This includes things like games, offers, surveys, videos, and news articles. The list and the entry amounts can change, so check the sweepstakes screen for what's current.
I earned points but didn't get entries. What happened?
You need a full 10 points for each entry. If you earned, say, 7 points from an activity, that's not enough for an entry yet. However, leftover points below the full 10, 20, etc, DO carry over and you'll see your progress towards the next entry on the sweepstakes screen itself.
Also, not every activity in the app earns sweepstakes entries. Only the ones listed in the "Earn More Entries" section on the sweepstakes screen are eligible.
Finally - in case you're a Mode Earn Club subscriber, MEC bonus points will not count towards your entries. So let's say you earned 15 points and 5 points were due to your Mode Earn Club subscription, you'd get 10 points counted towards your sweepstakes entries.
I finished a game and saw a notification about entries. Where did they go?
After you complete an earning activity, you'll see your regular points notification first, followed by a second notification confirming your sweepstakes entries. This second one might take a moment to appear — that's by design, so the entry count is accurate. Your entries are added to your total on the sweepstakes screen and they will count towards the current sweepstakes you’re in when earning it.
Where can I see my total entries?
Open the sweepstakes screen (tap the countdown in the top bar). Your current entry count is shown under "Your Entries" on the Entries tab, along with the countdown to tonight's draw. The entry amount wil reset and go down to zero once the current sweepstakes is finished and you’ll start a fresh one.
I'm a Mode Earn Club member. Do I get anything extra?
Yes. MEC members receive bonus sweepstakes entries every day as part of their subscription. You'll see a pop-up when you open the app showing how many bonus entries you received. These are on top of whatever you earn from activities.
