Look for the countdown timer and prize amount in the top bar on your Home screen. Tap it and you're in. The first time you open it, you'll see a quick intro explaining how it works. After that, tapping it takes you straight to your entries.
I don't see the sweepstakes anywhere in my app. Why?
A few possible reasons:
- The feature is rolling out gradually. Not everyone has it yet — you may be in a group that doesn't have access at this time.
- It's currently only available in the US.
- The feature is not available for all account types. Some accounts are excluded.
If none of these seem to apply, make sure your app is updated to the latest version and try restarting it.
