Because of this system change, you need to migrate your old Mystery Boxes to the new system. You have two simple and secure options to choose from.
Your Rewards, Your Choice
When you update your app, you will see a one-time migration screen. Here, you must choose one of two paths for your old Mystery Boxes.

$EARNM in a personal crypto wallet like MetaMask or Trust Wallet.- What you do: You'll export your old wallet's "private key" (think of it as a master password) and import it into a wallet app of your choice.
- What you get: You keep your original vested MBs and can manage them outside the Mode Earn App. You'll also get a bonus gift from us for completing the process!

Option 2: Swap for New Boxes (The Easy Path) This is the simplest choice for those who want to continue enjoying Mystery Boxes inside the app without any extra steps.
You can swap your old revealed MBs (the ones that aren’t supported anymore) for 2× the same number of fresh MBs, plus 500 bonus points — no wallet setup or crypto knowledge needed.
The new MBs won’t be vested yet, so you’ll need to spend points to reveal them again. But if your old MBs were only lightly vested (e.g. 10%), this is a fast, easy way to move on without losing much — and with double the boxes you'll likely get the better deal anyways.
- What you do: In the app, choose the "Swap" option.
- What you get: We will instantly trade all your old MBs for brand new ones AND give you 500 bonus points as a thank you! You can start revealing your new boxes right away.

Help! I accidentally swapped my boxes, but I wanted to export. Did I lose my vested
$EARNM?-
No, you did not lose anything! Even if you chose the "Swap" option, your original wallet with your vested
$EARNMstill exists and is safe. - You can still use the Export Your Wallet process anytime before February 2027 to recover and manage those specific assets.
- The swap simply gives you new boxes and bonus points to continue playing within the app easily. It is recommended if you have only a few Mystery Boxes vested, or if you do not want to deal with the complexity of transferring crypto.
Why can't I reveal any Mystery Boxes?
- If you can't reveal boxes, it's because you haven't completed the one-time migration yet.
- Please open the app and choose one of the two options presented: Export or Swap.
- As soon as you complete a choice, you'll be able to reveal new Mystery Boxes again!
All my Mystery Boxes are gone! Where did they go?
- We have started using a new Wallet. Your only wallet needs to be exported to the new Wallet following the instructions above.
I tried to export my wallet, but it didn't work. What now?
- No problem. The export link can be tried again at any time.
- If you continue to have trouble or prefer not to deal with it, you can always choose the simpler Swap option in the app to get fresh boxes and bonus points instantly.
