What is a free Mystery Box reveal?
A free reveal is a credit you receive automatically when a Mystery Box reveal fails (due to blockchain issues, network congestion, or other technical problems). The credit lets you try again at no extra cost.
Do free reveals expire?
No. Your free reveal stays available until you use it. If you have not used it within 4 days, you receive an email reminder.
Can I collect multiple free reveals?
Yes. If multiple reveals fail, free reveal credits stack up. You must use all of your free reveals before the system offers you a refund for any future failed reveals.
Will free reveals show in my earnings history?
No. Because your points are not refunded (they are replaced by the free reveal credit), there is nothing new to show in your earnings history. Instead, when you open the Mystery Box reveal screen, you see a pop-up showing how many free reveals you have available.
How do I use a free reveal?
When you go to reveal a Mystery Box and have a free reveal available, you see a “Reveal for Free” button. Tap it to use the credit.
