After revealing a Mystery Box, the results screen shows several numbers: how many $EARNM you got, how many are available now, and what you could receive if you wait. This article explains what each number means so you can decide whether to cash out now or wait for vesting.
The three key numbers on your results screen
1. Available to claim now
This is the amount you can cash out immediately. Because Mystery Boxes use a vesting schedule, only 10% of your total $EARNM is available at reveal. The rest unlocks over time (see the schedule below).
2. Boxes revealed in this reveal
The total number of boxes you just revealed, broken down by rarity type.
3. 1-Year Value (fully vested)
The total $EARNM you'll have access to if you wait the full vesting period (12 months). This is the maximum value of your reveal.
The vesting schedule
Every Mystery Box unlocks its $EARNM on the same timeline:

You receive an email when each vesting milestone is reached.
Why vesting works this way
- It protects the value of $EARNM. If everyone could withdraw their full rewards at once, large-scale selling could cause $EARNM value to drop suddenly. The 10% immediate unlock spreads distribution over time, which helps keep $EARNM value stable for everyone.
- It rewards patience. The longer you wait to withdraw, the more $EARNM you can claim. Waiting 12 months gives you the full 100% of the $EARNM originally in your boxes.
- You keep control. You can cash out early if you want to — the vesting schedule limits how much you can withdraw, not when. But there's a trade-off (see below).
Rarity tiers and $EARNM amounts
Mystery Boxes come in six rarity tiers, from most common to most rare:
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
- Mythical
Across all tiers, a Mystery Box can contain anywhere from 2.5 $EARNM (a Common box) up to 500,000 $EARNM (a Mythical box). Rarer boxes contain more $EARNM but are harder to find. The exact amount inside a specific box stays hidden until you reveal it.
Mystery Box rarity is random at reveal. Revealing more Mystery Boxes increases your overall chances of pulling a higher-tier box, but doesn't guarantee it.
Worked example
If you revealed 20 Common boxes, and Common boxes award 2.5 $EARNM each, your total 1-year value is:
20 boxes × 2.5 $EARNM = 50 $EARNM at full vesting.
At reveal, you can cash out 10% of that: 50 × 0.1 = 5 $EARNM.
If you add up the 1-Year Value column across every rarity tier on your results screen, you'll see your total fully-vested $EARNM for this reveal.
Cashing out before full vesting
You can cash out early, but with a trade-off:
- You receive the vested portion at the time of cash-out (for example, 10% immediately after reveal, or 50% after 6 months).
- The unvested portion is forfeited — you don't get it later, even if you wait.
- Forfeited $EARNM is redistributed to the community and may appear in future Mystery Boxes, including ones you open.
