Please check your point history to verify points have been added to your balance. You can tap your point balance in the earning header to view your point history. If you still do not see your rewards, please go to the Settings screen in Mode Earn App and tap on 'Ask for Support' and have the name of the deal you’re inquiring about ready and a verification that you’ve completed the deal.
Typically, any non-Mode point benefits (account credits, free trials, etc.) are awarded by the advertiser directly. Please contact the advertiser directly if you have any questions about your credits or awards from the advertiser.
