Step 1: Relaunch the Mode Earn App
Log out
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Navigate to Settings or your Profile.
- Select Log Out.
Close the app completely
- Remove the app from your recent apps list by swiping it away.
- Alternatively, use your device’s app manager to force close the app.
Reopen and log back in
- Wait a few seconds.
- Reopen the Mode Earn App.
- Log back in with your credentials.
- Check if Charge Screen or Lock Screen functions correctly now.
Step 2: Clear the app cache (Android)
- Open your device Settings.
- Select Apps or Application Manager (the label varies by device manufacturer).
- Scroll through installed apps and select Mode Earn App.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache.
Safe action: clearing the cache does not delete your account, points, or settings. It only removes temporary files to improve performance.
Step 3: Check permissions
Charge Screen and Lock Screen require specific permissions. Make sure these are granted:
Display over other apps (Android)
- Go to Settings → Apps.
- Find Mode Earn App.
- Tap Appear on top or Display over other apps (the label varies).
- Ensure the toggle is ON.
Battery optimization
Battery optimization can prevent Charge and Lock Screens from appearing:
- Go to Settings → Battery → Battery optimization (or similar).
- Find Mode Earn App.
- Set it to Not optimized or No restrictions.
Step 4: Check for app updates
- Open the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Search for Mode Earn App.
- If an update is available, tap Update.
- Open the app again after the update.
Step 5: Restart your device
- Power off your device fully.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Turn it back on.
- Open the Mode Earn App.
Verify the feature is enabled
Double-check that Charge Screen and/or Lock Screen are actually turned on in Settings:
