1) If you make too many failed login attempts, your account will be locked, and you will automatically receive an email from "no-reply@modemobile.com" with the subject "Unlock instructions" that will guide you through the process.
a) The app notification that you will get after too many unsuccessful login attempts is shown below.
b) The email that you will receive after unsuccessful login in attempts is shown below.
2) If you did not receive the email or cannot locate it in your primary inbox, you may click the "Resend Email" button on the application. Before you do so, check your email's spam folder to see if the message has ended up there.
3) Once you receive the email, all you have to do is tap on "Tap to Unlock" button to unlock your account.
4) When you tap the button, the confirmation message "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UNLOCKED" should appear on your screen and you will automatically be directed to Mode Earn App.
5) If the application does not open automatically on your phone then simply click "BACK TO MODE EARN APP" which should open the application on your phone.
6 a) If you have followed all the stated instructions on the same device that you use to access the Mode Earn App. You will be instantly directed to the app and can log back in with your valid email id and password after tapping on the "Continue" button as shown below.
6 b) If you accessed the "Unlock instructions" email and tapped on "Tap to Unlock" within that email on another device, we recommend closing and reloading the application on the installed device. You should then be able to log in using your valid email id and password after tapping on the "Continue" button as shown below.
7) If you forgot your password and performed too many unsuccessful login attempts, we strongly recommend resetting your password by tapping on the "Forgot Password" button.
