If you've locked your account by entering the wrong password multiple times, follow these steps to regain access:
1. Check Your Email
- Email from Us: Look for an email from "no-reply@modemobile.com" with the subject "Unlock instructions."
- Instructions: This email will contain detailed steps to unlock your account.
The email that you will receive after unsuccessful login in attempts is shown below.
If you didn't get the email or can't find it in your main inbox, don't worry. There's a "Resend Email" button in the app that you can use. But before you do that, it's a good idea to check your email's spam folder. Sometimes emails end up there by mistake. So, take a quick look in the spam folder, and if you still can't find the email, go ahead and use the "Resend Email" button in the app.
2. Follow the Instructions
- Unlock Button: Open the email and tap on the "Tap to Unlock" button.
- Confirmation: You should see a confirmation message saying "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UNLOCKED." You will be redirected to the Mode Earn App.
If the application does not open automatically on your phone then simply click "BACK TO MODE EARN APP" which should open the application on your phone.
3. Logging In

Same Device: If you used the same device for the Mode Earn App, you should be taken straight to the login screen. Enter your correct email ID and password, then tap "Continue."

Different Device: If you used a different device, close the Mode Earn App on your usual device, reopen it, and then log in using your email ID and password. Tap "Continue."
4. Forgot Your Password?
- Password Reset: If you’ve forgotten your password, tap the "Forgot Password" button in the app to reset it.
