When you cash out $EARNM from the Mode Earn App to an exchange, you need to provide the deposit address from the exchange for that specific coin. This article shows you how to find that address on each of the exchanges supported by Mode.
Safety first: always copy and paste deposit addresses. Do not type them manually — even a single wrong character will send your $EARNM to a wallet you do not control, and the transfer cannot be reversed.
Which exchanges are supported?
Mode supports withdrawal to Gate.io, MEXC, and BitGet. The exchanges available to you depend on your country — open the Mode Earn App cash-out screen to see the options you can use.

How to find your deposit address on any exchange
The general steps are the same on every exchange:
- Sign in to the exchange (web or app).
- Go to your Wallet or Assets section.
- Select Deposit.
- Search for EARNM.
- Select the Polygon network (this is important — $EARNM lives on Polygon).
- Copy the deposit address that the exchange displays.
- Paste it into the Mode Earn App cash-out screen in the Paste Wallet Address field.

Before you confirm the transfer
- Double-check that the address matches what the exchange showed you. Copy-paste does not help if you copied from the wrong coin or wrong network.
- Confirm the network is Polygon. Sending on Ethereum mainnet or BSC will not work.
- Save the wallet address in Mode with a memorable name (for example “MEXC main”) so you do not have to re-copy it next time.
What to expect after you send
- Mode sends you an email confirming the withdrawal request.
- The exchange processes the deposit — this usually takes minutes but can take up to an hour on busy days.
- The exchange emails you when the funds arrive.
If the exchange email does not arrive within 24 hours, contact Support through Settings → Ask for Support and include your Mode transaction reference and the deposit address you used.
