How can I withdraw $EARNM if I don't have any idea about crypto?

You do not need any crypto experience to cash out your $EARNM from the Mode Earn App. This article walks you through the full process, including how to choose between using an exchange (simpler) and a MetaMask wallet (more flexible).

Before you start

You need Mystery Boxes with at least some vested $EARNM available to cash out. See Open/Reveal Mystery Boxes if you have not revealed any yet.

Step 1: Start the cash-out

  1. Open the Mode Earn App.
  2. Tap the Redeem tab.
  3. Tap the banner that mentions $EARNM.
  4. If you have vested $EARNM available, you see a green Cash Out button. Tap it.
  5. Choose how many Mystery Boxes to cash out from.
  6. Confirm the amount and pay the points.
  7. Wait for the email and push notification letting you know your $EARNM is ready to send.

Step 2: Choose where to send your $EARNM

You have two options:

Option A: Send to a crypto exchange (recommended for beginners)

If you plan to sell your $EARNM for dollars or other currencies, an exchange is the fastest path. Mode supports three exchanges [VERIFY current list with product team]:

  • Gate.io — minimum deposit: 0.38 $EARNM. Do not send less than this or the deposit may be lost. [VERIFY current minimum.]
  • MEXC
  • BitGet

Option B: Send to a MetaMask wallet (more flexible)

If no exchanges are listed in your region, or you want to hold $EARNM in a self-custody wallet, use MetaMask on the Polygon network. See How to withdraw $EARNM to MetaMask.

Step 3: Get the deposit address

  1. Sign in to your chosen exchange or open your MetaMask wallet.
  2. Find the Deposit or receive address for $EARNM on the Polygon network.
  3. Copy the address. Do not type it manually.

Step 4: Send the $EARNM

  1. Return to the Mode Earn App cashout screen.
  2. Paste the deposit address into the Paste Wallet Address field.
  3. Verify the address matches exactly what the exchange or wallet showed you. A single wrong character means lost $EARNM.
  4. Confirm and pay the points to process the transfer.
  5. If you will withdraw to this same address again, save it under a name you will remember.

Step 5: Wait for confirmation

  1. Mode sends you an email confirming the withdrawal was sent.
  2. The exchange or wallet emails you when the $EARNM arrives. Usually this takes minutes; occasionally up to an hour during busy Polygon network times.

If 24 hours pass without confirmation from the exchange, contact Support through Settings → Ask for Support with your Mode transaction reference and the deposit address you used.
