If you need to cancel your Mode Earn Club subscription, there are three ways to do so, depending on your plan. This article will guide you through each method and provide information on changing your payment method.
Changing Your Payment Method
To change your payment method after subscribing:
- Email Us: Send an email to earn@modemobile.com and request a change to your payment method.
- Secure Link: You will receive a reply with a secure link to update your payment details.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription using one of the following methods:
1. In-App: My Mode
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the My Mode icon in the top right corner.
- Select View Plan & Benefits.
- Slide your plan all the way to Basic.
- Confirm by tapping Downgrade to Basic at the bottom of the page.
2. In-App: Settings
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Tap the My Mode icon in the top right corner.
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Select Manage Earn Club Account.
- Slide your plan all the way to Basic.
- Confirm by tapping Downgrade to Basic at the bottom of the page.
3. Via Website
- Go to Mode Subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select Cancel Subscription and enter your email address.
