Due to redemption partner updates, the $4 Amazon gift card redemption is no longer available and has been removed from the Redeem tab within the app.
If you had a $4 Amazon gift card redemption processing when it was removed, it was refunded on July 16, 2026 — the points you used were returned to your account balance, and no action is needed on your part.
You can use your points on any of the other rewards currently available in the redemption section of the app.
If you don't see your points back in your balance, please contact our support team through the app!
