Mystery Box

Im still having hard time with signing to those crypto wallets in order to redeem cash rewards in box. While signing in it either it doesn't allow where I'm from or government identification aren't valid in whatever location I put in. So if I'm not able to redeem many mystery box through this way is there any other way?
