Problem withdrawing earnings (PayPal only)

I am using Mode Mobile and I have earnings in my account.

The problem is that the app says I can withdraw only via PayPal.

PayPal does not work in my country (Ethiopia)

Is there any other withdrawal method available, or any solution for users without PayPal?
