    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Mode Community!

    If you are having issues with facial verification in the app and are no longer given the option to attempt verification again, our support team must manually add some more attempts to your account. For your ease, we have now done so and you should be able to attempt verification once more!

    To ensure success, please do this in a well lit area where your face is clearly visible with no shadows or things covering it, and take steady pictures to avoid blurriness.

    It's still not excepting my photos still I must have tried about 100 times already
