I've never been able to open/redeem my mystery boxes. I've tried buying/opening while withdrawing earnings, I've searched for emails with instructions, I've messaged the "help" chat… nothing has worked. I just can't seem to figure it out. What am I doing wrong?  Can someone please explain the process to me… perhaps as you would explain it to a child? Lol

 

Also having problems accessing my earn mobile shares. If someone could help with that as well, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 😊

  For users in the United States who registered for the Mode Earn App after April 2025, Mystery Boxes containing the $EARNM crypto token are currently not available. If our plans change and this feature becomes available to you, you will receive an email notification. We appreciate your understanding. 
  
  As for the Mode shares, please confirm if you are referring to the $15.00 worth of free Mode shares, or have you invested in Mode, so that we can guide you further.
