Free Sim Kit
I have not seen the email to claim my free sim kit. I have been a paying Earn Club member for 4 months now. Is there a way to have the email resent? I would really like to take advantage of this club perk. I have already gone to settings and the support we are supposed to have in the club but I can't get past the bot that just goes in circles. What do I need to do?

I am experiencing this same issue as well I started with the one month first they never said the five dollars now I'm going to 3 month subscription with the same issue and still wondering how to get the free Sim kit etc. I am also experiencing the same issue with the check by Earl just rounding around in circles like a merry go around with no solution and even reaching out through email I just want to know I mean I like that the subscription but however it's like we're still taking a lost even if it's a little bit.🤦🏽🥺
